I went on to complete my aromatherapy and massage training with the Centre of Excellence gaining my diploma in 2016 and full accreditation from the Complementary Medical Association.
"My passion for aromatherapy is still growing and I am now half way through my Associate Clinical Diploma in Aromatherapy with the Penny Price Academy of Aromatherapy. As a busy Mum to two little girls I decided to retrain in something that I was passionate about, something that I could work around my family commitments and watch it grow as my family grew, and so, after qualifying as a reflexologist in 2013 Lisa’s Body & Sole Clinic was born."
During my time training, I spent time volunteering with local St John’s Care homes, offering reflexology hand and foot treatments. There I was able to see directly physical benefits and improvements in residents emotional wellbeing that reflexology can deliver.
As an aromatherapist I offer a wonderfully unique experience, incorporating the healing properties of essential oils into both her reflexology treatments and massage, ultimately treating you to the enhanced benefits and holistic healing of combined therapies.
My clients have the option to have their treatments at my relaxing treatment room at home in North Hykeham. I also offer a mobile service for clients who are unable to travel.
I also specialise in Maternity Reflexology, which is becoming ever increasingly popular with couples that are looking at starting a family, for mum's to be and for mum's needing some postnatal support, physically, emotionally or simply bonding with their baby."This is such an exciting area of reflexology for me."
