As an Aromatherapist and Reflexologist I combine these two powerful therapies to create a unique and deeply therapeutic treatment that provides double the holistic support.
During your treatment I will create a bespoke blend of essential oils for you that I will use in your reflexology treatment, and also as a massage base applied to the area of your body that we are focussing your treatment on. If you book a block of treatments you will also be given your blend in a rollerball to use at home between treatments.

I always recommend that you come for a single treatment with myself first so that we can meet first. It's important that you feel comfortable with me before you decide to commit to a block of treatments. I will advise you on what I recommend will be the best treatment plan in our initial treatment and consultation and you can decide afterwards if you would like to commit to further sessions with me.
Facial Aroma-Reflexology
This wonderfully relaxing and specialised form of reflexology is combined with aromatherapy massage working directly on the face and cranial nerves, supporting clients who struggle in particular with sleep, worry and stress, headaches and tension in the head, neck and shoulders.
During your treatment I wil include a cleanse, tone and moisturise treatment with a bespoke blend of essential oils tailored to your skin type. Your 1 hour of blissful relaxation will include massage around the top of the shoulders and into the neck as well as a gentle scalp massage that works on pressure points supporting the release of tension.
